ULFA: He [Minister of state for Home Affairs Sriprakash Jaiswal, India] said the military operations launched by Bhutan Army against India Insurgent Groups (IIGs) in Bhutan had considerably affected the capabilities of ULFA and National Democratic Front of Bodoland (NDFB).
He, however, said that reports indicate that ULFA have since regrouped themselves to some extent and have resorted to coordinated actions leading to resurgence of violence.
